By downloading, installing, or using FourTip ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
FourTip is developed and operated by Dmitriy Karabetskiy ("Developer").
FourTip is a personal purchase-decision assistant that uses artificial intelligence to provide discussion and perspectives on potential purchases. The App presents AI-generated "advisor" personas that offer different viewpoints on purchasing decisions.

All purchase decisions are made solely at your own discretion and risk. The Developer is not responsible for any financial loss, dissatisfaction, or other consequences resulting from purchase decisions made after using the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of money or financial losses resulting from:
The Developer's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or its in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated advice will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation.
FourTip offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Purchased analysis credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
FourTip uses third-party AI technology (Anthropic's Claude) to generate advisor responses. The Developer does not control or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
AI responses may occasionally be incorrect, outdated, or not applicable to your situation. Always exercise your own judgment before making significant financial decisions.
You agree to use FourTip only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of FourTip are the exclusive property of the Developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
AI-generated conversations within your analyses are considered your personal data and are stored locally on your device.
The Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use of FourTip after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
