By downloading or using Niam, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Niam. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
New users receive a one-time free trial: 5 AI styling analyses, 3 outfit generations, and 1 wardrobe gap analysis. Trial usage is tracked via iCloud and does not reset upon reinstallation.
Niam Pro is available as a monthly ($5.99) or annual ($39.99) subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends in your App Store account settings. All subscription management is handled by Apple.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. Niam does not issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
AI styling analysis, outfit recommendations, and wardrobe assessments are generated by the Anthropic Claude API and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. All AI-generated advice is a suggestion, not a professional recommendation. You retain full responsibility for your own styling and purchasing decisions. Niam and its developer are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content. Results are subjective and may not reflect actual garment fit, real-world appearance, body type compatibility, or professional styling standards.
Niam does not provide professional fashion, styling, medical, or financial advice. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment. The final decision about what to wear, buy, or style always rests with you.
You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to Niam. By using the app, you grant Niam and Anthropic a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating AI analysis within the app. Your content is never used for advertising, sold to third parties, or used to train AI models.
You agree not to use Niam for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Niam and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, reliance on AI-generated recommendations, or any purchasing decisions made based on app content. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Pro subscribers who make an unusually high volume of requests (100+ per month) may receive a courtesy notification. Service access is not interrupted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes affecting your rights, we will provide at least 30 days notice via in-app notification before changes take effect. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
