These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy govern the policy and procedural aspects of the collection, use and dissemination of personal data through the Application.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, personal data means information that makes it possible to identify a person, as well as information about a person's activities. By using the Application, the Client agrees to this Privacy Policy.
To provide the analysis service, the app collects the following data that you voluntarily provide: name, age, gender, selected symptoms, and optionally photos of nails, face, and tongue.
This data is transmitted to Anthropic, Inc. (Claude AI) solely for the purpose of generating a personalized health analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at: https://www.anthropic.com/privacy.
No data is stored on our servers. Analysis results are stored locally on your device for 30 days, then automatically deleted. By using the app, you explicitly consent to this data transfer, which is confirmed by the checkbox on the onboarding screen.
Bioryx is for informational purposes only and does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decisions. The analysis generated by AI is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Your data is used exclusively to generate a health analysis via Anthropic Claude AI. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any other purposes. The developers do not have access to your data and cannot use it for personal purposes. Anthropic processes your data according to their privacy policy and provides the same or equivalent level of data protection.
The Contractor does not sell, lease or share personal information of Clients with third parties. The Contractor may disclose personal data in good faith believing that such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, legal process, or the requirements of public authorities; in response to any complaints, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Contractor, its Clients, employees or society.
The Contractor is not responsible for illegal actions of third parties who may violate the terms of this Privacy Policy and try to take possession of personal information and personal data of Clients.

The Contractor reserves the right to update, edit and supplement this Privacy Policy without further notice to the Clients. The date of entry into force of the changes is the date of publication in the Application.
Since analysis results are stored locally on the user's device and automatically deleted after 30 days, the Client is responsible for the safety and correctness of the information entered.
