Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using 2Slim ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Sell, sublicense, or transfer your rights to any third party
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The App offers optional paid subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase processed by Apple. By making a purchase you agree to Apple's Terms of Service.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- We do not offer refunds — all refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com
- Prices may vary by region and are set by Apple's pricing tiers
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
Free Trial
New users may access the App's features free of charge for a limited period (up to 5 days of active use). After the trial period expires, a subscription or lifetime purchase is required to continue using premium features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the trial at any time without notice.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of data you enter into the App
- Maintaining the security of your device
- Any decisions you make based on information provided by the App
- Compliance with applicable local laws when using the App

2Slim is designed as a personal habit tracker for general wellness purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.
The features and information in the App are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health practices.
We expressly disclaim any liability for health outcomes, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from use of or reliance on the App.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code in the App are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device is not affected.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected in the App with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kazakhstan.
